How long is my party?
Length of the party varies depending on the package chosen, however the table & host are yours for the first 1 hour & 30 mins of the party.
When should we arrive for the party?
10-15 minutes prior to the party start time.
What are the height and age restrictions for the attractions?
Bumper Cars - 48" to Drive 42" to be a passenger with someone 48" or Taller Jr. Bumper Cars - 36" and no taller than 48" Electric Go-Karts - 54" to ride at reduced speed, 60" to ride at maximum speed. Double Cars passengers must be 36" with an driver (14 yrs old) at least 54". Anyone 54" or Taller may not be a double car passenger Grand Prix - 52" tall and 10yrs old to ride alone. Double Car passengers must be 36" with a driver that is 56" and has a valid Driver’s License Rookie Cars - 52" tall to ride alone. Free Fall - 4yrs old and 42" Bumper Boats - 48" to ride alone, 36" to ride with someone 48". Under 48" must wear a provided life jacket. Under 42" Not Permitted Tilt-A-Whirl - 6 yrs old and 46'' or accompanied by an adult. Under 4yrs old and 42" Not Permitted. Motion Simulator - 4 yrs old and 42" or accompanied by an adult Foam Frenzy - for ages 4-12, under 4 must be accompanied by an adult accompanying adult must purchase wristband Splashin' Speedway - children 6 & younger must be accompanied by an adult. Must be at least 36" tall to use the kiddie slide & 40" tall to use all other slides. Lazer Runner - recommended for ages 7yrs old and up. Bowling - recommended for ages 7yrs old and up. XD Theatre- 40" to ride alone. Fun Coaster- Must be 6 years old to ride. 52″ rides alone and between 47″-52″ may ride with an adult. Anyone under 6 or 47″ is not permitted to ride. Fun Twister- Must be 52″ tall to ride alone or 48″ tall & 6 years old to ride with an adult.
What is your cancellation policy?
For Packages without private rooms:
If you cancel before 2 weeks to the date of the party you receive your deposit back the way you paid. If you cancel within two weeks to the date of the party then you receive your deposit back on a funplex gift card. If you cancel within 72 of the party then you lose your deposit.
For parties with private rooms:
If you cancel before two weeks to the date of the party then you receive the deposit back the way you paid. If you cancel or reschedule within two weeks to the date of the party then you lose your deposit.
What is included in my party?
“Balloons, Online Invitations, Personal Party Host, Paper Products, Set-up & Clean-Up & Online Thank You Cards” GOODYBAGS ARE NOT INCLUDED, but may be added on for an additional charge. The package also includes a table in our main party room. The only package that includes a private room is the Ultimate party, but you can add a private room to any other package.
Does the package include invitations?
Yes, once a deposit is left we will email you a link to our online invitation service. You can email or print out invitations & track your responses.
Can I bring in any food?
Sorry, the only outside food we allow is a special cake, Kosher or special dietary foods, these items need to be OK'd with the Party Office prior to your party. We have provided a discounted extra food menu, should you wish to order anything additional you may do so on the day of the party. For chips, pretzels, or other snacks not on the menu please call 1 week prior to the party.
What is the order of my party?
The order of the party varies depending on the package & activities selected. In general, for the first 30-45 minutes the kids play with the unlimited activities. If your party has a scheduled attraction, that will begin 30 minutes into the party. Approximately 45 minutes into the party we will serve the children their meal. At this point we ask that you settle the bill prior to the children returning downstairs. Once they are finished eating, they will receive their game tokens and will continue to use their unlimited attraction for the duration of the party. How and when is the balance paid for?
Balance may be paid after the party children have eaten with approximately a 1/2 hour left in party, and may be settled with CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY (Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX, *Discover). Sorry, no personal checks will be accepted. A 10% gratuity will be added on to your final bill, if on the day of the party you are dissatisfied with your service you can ask to speak with a Party Manager about the specific issues you experienced.
When do I need to let you know the final head count?
Please call us 4 days prior to your party with the final guest count. This will allow us enough time to ensure enough cake, adequate table size and number of hosts. We also recommend bringing a list of the expected guests for your host on the day of your party. Please note: there is a 10 child minimum on all parties. If you confirm for 20 kids or more we give you 2 party hosts to ensure the efficiency of your party, however if the day of the party you only have 19 or less kids show up then we do add a $50 host charge.
